In this series, I aim to give voice to leaders who are driven by mission, vision, and values – individuals unafraid to share their personal stories of struggle and transformation.

Over the past 15 years in the executive education sector, I have encountered numerous outstanding leaders who have built successful businesses generating positive impacts not only for shareholders but also for employees, communities, and the environment. I aim to shine a light on such leaders and create a platform for inspiration and the exchange of ideas.

Today, leaders of organizations, whether in business, public service, or the non-profit sector, face immense pressure not only to address organizational challenges but, more importantly, to actively contribute to solving larger social, humanitarian, or environmental issues. It’s a daunting task, and only a few succeed. However, we need such stories to inspire each other to take action.

As I am from Poland, my primary focus will be on promoting Polish entrepreneurs, Polish businesses expanding globally, and international leaders doing business in Poland. Therefore, I am incredibly grateful to o Sylwia Ziemacka, Managing Editor and Director of Poland Weekly  for collaborating on this initiative
