“Knowledge is power” – this is what we hear from kindergarden. But what will happen when we meet people with different levels of knowledge?

Is it enough to present your knowledge to win the argument, to sell your ideas, to persuade people to change decisions or evoke action?

I do believe there is a missing element here.
