Corinne Klajda is the CEO of Accord Group, a leading executive search firm in Central Europe and a founding member of Alto Partners – an international alliance of retained executive search and leadership consulting firms with 61 offices in 36 countries. She is also the co-founder and non-executive chair of Nuvadis Interim & Nuvadis Talents.

Corinne has spent more than 25 years in the executive search business, starting her career in China and moving to Poland in the late ’90s. Since 1999, she has conducted 850+ senior-level executive search assignments for both multinationals and European businesses, placing senior candidates into CXO & leadership roles, as well as digital & business transformation positions.

Alongside her business journey, Corinne is making a difference with her #CorinneRunsForGood initiative, partnering with the Unaweza Foundation and running the world’s four largest deserts to raise funds for young Polish and Ukrainian Paralympians, empowering them to achieve their dreams.
